DocuWork^® ist ein externes Control für ein kombiniertes CRM und Dokumenten - Management - System

Using the tool is quite simple. With the COM interface (ActiveX) access can be done from every application. All features are capsuled internal, Including the data-connecting to MS Access and SQL Server. 

DocuWork^® consists of four parts DocuCalendar^®, DocuPhone^®, DocuMail^® and DocuDMS^®. Furthermore contact-, project-management and a right-based user-management are icluded.

There are also a lot features for administration of the tool included (e.g. backup, direct access of tables, MS Outlook interface etc.) and a resubmission-feature for all data-records.
