DocuCalendar^®is a remote tool for a calendar application

Supported operating systems: Win 98 – Vista

Using the tool is quite simple. With the COM interface (ActiveX) access can be done from every application. All features are capsuled internal, including the data-connection to MS Word or MS Access.

To create a new appointment, the following code line is fully sufficient:

myObject.Docmd.RunMacro "ExternTerminNeu"

All fields in the appointmentform can be assigned to default-entries, e.g. user, topic, begin, duration, location, contact- and project-assignment etc.

The whole application consists of several parts:

Appointmentmanagement with several list-views.

	Taskmanagement with several list-views.
	Memo-management with several list-views.
	Calendarview with printout for day, week and month.
	Data-connection to MS Outlook.
	Database (MS Access or MS SQL Server)

Features of the calendarview:


	Switch user in the calenderview.
	Direct selection of a month or an entire year.
	Changes, deletion and creations can be sent to MS Outlook instantly
	Holidays are colored in red and can be configured for every state in the United States.
	Project- and / or contact-assignment of appointments, tasks and memos.
